Which babies can use the carrier?+
Use it only within the verified age, weight and developmental guidance supplied with your exact product. Newborn positioning differs from older-baby positioning.
How should my baby sit?+
Baby should be held high and close, with their face visible, chin away from the chest and airway clear. Follow the instructions for seat width, leg position and head support.
When can baby face outward?+
Only when your baby meets the manufacturer’s developmental guidance and has the required head, neck and trunk control. Never use outward-facing for a sleeping baby.
When can I use back carry?+
Back carry is intended for older babies who meet the stated developmental requirements. Follow the supplied setup instructions and have another adult assist while learning.
Will it fit different caregivers?+
The shoulder straps and waistband are adjustable. Re-adjust every strap and perform a complete fit check whenever the wearer changes.
How do I wash it?+
Follow the care label supplied with your carrier. Fasten buckles before washing, use gentle products and let all components dry completely before use.
Can my baby sleep in the carrier?+
A carrier is not a safe sleep surface. Closely monitor baby while worn and move them to an approved flat sleep surface when appropriate.
